CINNAMON, WHOLE CEYLON (Grade C5) 50g

Ceylon cinnamon, also known as true cinnamon, is harvested in Sri Lanka. It differs from Indonesian "Korintje" cinnamon by having a sweeter, less hot flavor. The sticks are also much softer than standard cinnamon. Ceylon cinnamon is easily powdered in a spice mill or mortar & pestle. Use in place of regular cinnamon for a sweeter, milder flavour.
